本文概述了铀矿井轴流式主扇风机节能与改造问题的现状,从基本理论入手,分析了影响风机能耗的各个因素,论述了节能改造的途径。指出铀矿矿井轴流式风机效率极低的最根本原因是设备与网路不匹配,局部改造的主要途径是把高压叶列系统改为中低压叶列系统。大部分矿井都可由双级运行改为单级运行,个别矿井可通过修改中导叶降压。对不宜局部改造的矿井,应进行更新改造,用新型高效风机代换老式低效风机。本文还论述了配套电机更新的问题,并导出了节能潜力的计算公式。
This paper summarizes the status quo of energy saving and retrofitting of axial fans in uranium mines. Starting with the basic theory, the various factors that affect the energy consumption of the fans are analyzed. The ways of energy-saving retrofit are discussed. It is pointed out that the most fundamental reason for the extremely low efficiency of axial fans in uranium mines is that the equipment and the network are not matched. The main way of partial reconstruction is to change the high pressure leaf train system to medium and low pressure leaf train system. Most of the mines can be changed from two-stage operation to single-stage operation, and individual mines can be decompressed by modifying the middle guide vanes. Should not be partially transformed mine, should be updated and replaced with a new type of high-efficiency fan replace the old low efficiency fan. This paper also discusses the problem of matching motor renewal and derives the formula of energy saving potential.
