对原型、U型和Y型挡墙中间包温度场进行了数值模拟。模拟结果表明:原型中间包挡墙形式不合理,中部和边部水口的温差较大;U型挡墙中间包温度场虽较原型有一定程度的改善,但也存在一定的问题;Y型挡墙中间包较原型和U型温度场分布更加均匀,温降更小,是较合理的挡墙形式。
The prototype, U-type and Y-type wall tundish temperature field were numerically simulated. The simulation results show that the prototype tundish wall form is unreasonable and the temperature difference between the center and the edge nozzle is larger. Although the temperature field of the U-shaped tundish has a certain degree of improvement compared with the prototype, it still has some problems; Wall tundish than the prototype and U-type temperature field distribution more uniform, smaller temperature drop is a more reasonable form of retaining wall.
