为克服棉蚜对“一○五九”的抗性,提高防治效果,1965年我們在东至县大渡口样板区进行了一万余亩早播棉花“三九一一”拌种。經过系统观察,效果良好,不仅減少了棉蚜的防治次数,节省了工本費用。并且促进了壮苗早发,深受群众欢迎。一、“三九一一”拌种的具体做法(一) 拌悶方法:头天下午,将四斤“三九一一”(天津农药厂出产的75%的“三九一一”乳剂),加入四百斤温开水内(摄氏七十度左右),用噴霧器均匀地噴洒在一千斤棉籽上,并不断翻动,至棉籽短絨湿透,种皮发黑,即可攏堆闷种二至三小时后,再用六百斤清水分两次嘖在棉籽上(每次間隔二至三小时),边噴边拌,使之均匀渗透(注意不能讓药液流失),再堆积闷种一夜即可。
