长运距重型带式输送机自移式机尾的改进设计

对带式输送机自移机尾工作过程进行了介绍。为了对其性能进行验证,在山西某煤矿进行了运行工业性试验,结果表明,相比于传统带式输送机自移式机尾,性能更可靠,具有更强的适应性和可操作性。另外,针对综掘工作面各种管线的吊挂及移动不便等问题,自行设计了新型电缆拖车。自移机尾应用至今,证明完全可满足大型综掘工作面的高效高产需要,具有较大的推广价值。 This paper introduces the working process of belt conveyor from the end of moving tail. In order to verify its performance, an industrial operation test was carried out in a coal mine in Shanxi Province. The results show that the performance is more reliable and has more adaptability and maneuverability than the self-drafting tail of a traditional belt conveyor. In addition, aiming at the problems of hanging and moving inconvenient of various pipelines in fully mechanized mining face, a new type of cable trailer has been designed. Since the end of the shift machine has been applied so far, proving fully meet the requirements of efficient and productive large-scale fully mechanized mining face, with greater promotional value.
