通过对少年男篮运动员学期和假期的训练负荷量进行测定,研究表明在负荷强度适宜的情况下,过大地增加训练负荷量也会导致过度疲劳现象的发生。因此,为避免在假期集训时大负荷量对少年男篮运动员的机体造成损伤,应注重对训练负荷量的监控,遵循循序渐进原则,变换周负荷的结构和周训练内容。
By measuring the training load of the semester and the vacation of juvenile basketball players, the research shows that overloading the training load can lead to the over-fatigue phenomenon when the load intensity is suitable. Therefore, in order to avoid the large amount of load on the training of young men’s basketball players during holiday training, we should pay attention to the monitoring of training load, follow the principle of gradual and orderly, and change the structure of weekly load and the content of weekly training.
