教育这个工具,要掌握得好,运用得好,首先教育者必须手中握有丰富的材料,贫乏是教育的致命伤。主题班会课是教育的重要组成部分,只有培养好学生对事物的认知程度,并加以正确的引导,才能有利于解决学生当中比较普遍比较突出的问题,有利于加强班风学风建设,有利于学生的成人成才达到教育的根本目的。本文从对主题班会课的反思,实践,启迪三方面谈如何正确有效开展主题班会课教育、培养社会需要的人才。
To educate this tool, we must master it well and use it well. First, educators must have rich materials in their hands, and poverty is the fatal injury to education. Subject class class is an important part of education. Only by cultivating students’ cognition of things and guiding them correctly can we help to solve the problems that are more common among students, which is conducive to strengthening the class style of study and learning. This article discusses how to correctly and effectively carry out the education of thematic class sessions and train the talents needed by the society from three aspects: reflection, practice and enlightenment.
