由于现在施工的专业化要求越来越高,普通的施工单位已经不能满足工程的需要,为了进一步提高工程质量,加强工程的专业化程度,施工企业开始进行分包。把不同的工程施工分包给相关不同的施工部门,虽然一方面可以提高施工的效率和专业化程度,但同时也出现了一些问题。本文针对施工企业分包的涵义进行分析,指出企业分包存在的一些问题,进而提出一些防范和管理的措施,希望给施工企业进行分包工作提供一些借鉴性的建议。
Due to the increasingly specialization of construction nowadays, ordinary construction units can no longer meet the needs of the project. In order to further improve the quality of the project and strengthen the specialization of the project, the construction enterprises started to subcontract. Subcontracting different construction projects to different related construction departments can raise the efficiency and specialization of construction on the one hand, but at the same time, some problems have appeared. This article analyzes the connotation of construction enterprises subcontracting, points out some problems existing in subcontracting, and then puts forward some preventive and management measures, hoping to provide some suggestions for construction enterprises to subcontract.
