本試驗系1957年进行的,目的是分析水稻在开花前后光合作用产物的类型及在植株各器官中分布的情况。以盆栽“老来青”品种为材料,在抽穗时及乳熟期各做試驗一次,处理时整株用玻璃缸罩起,通入放射性~(14)CO_2,在阳光下进行光合作用半小时,收回未作用的~(14)CO_2。植株靜置一天,然后将叶、鞘、莖、穗、根切开,分别固定。各样品均分为(1)热酒精(80%)提出物,(2)稀酸(2%HCl)水解物,及(3)浓酸(80%H_2SO_4)水解物,各取一部分計数,算出总脉冲数,及各器官中各类型物貭所含放射性的百分比。結果見附表。
This experiment was conducted in 1957 to analyze the types of photosynthesis products in rice before and after flowering and their distribution in various organs of the plant. The potted “Laolingqing” variety was used as material to test at heading and milking stage. The whole plant was covered with glass cylinder and radioactive ~ (14) CO_2 was introduced into the plant for photosynthesis for half an hour , To recover the unused ~ (14) CO_2. The plants are allowed to stand for one day, and then the leaves, sheaths, stems, spikes and roots are cut open and fixed separately. Each sample was divided into (1) hot alcohol (80%) extract, (2) dilute acid (2% HCl) hydrolyzate and (3) concentrated acid (80% H 2 SO 4) Total pulse number, and the percentage of radioactivity contained in various types of objects in each organ. The results see the attached table.
