Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative relaxation training on patients with oral anxiety. Methods 456 cases of oral anxiety patients diagnosed and treated from December 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the random number table. 228 cases in the control group underwent routine education, and 228 cases in the observation group were subjected to preoperative relaxation training. Two groups of anxiety, signs, surgical fit, patient satisfaction and accidents. Results After the intervention, the anxiety distribution of the two groups were significantly improved (P <0.05), SAS scores, heart rate, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure were significantly decreased (P <0.05). The anxiety distribution and operative fit of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.05). SAS scores, heart rate, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, and incidence of accidents were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05) Degree was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Preoperative relaxation training can relieve anxiety in patients with oral anxiety, improve the degree of surgical cooperation and reduce the risk of accidents.
