目的:建立HPLC测定欢天颗粒中丹参酮Ⅱ A含量的方法。方法:色谱柱ODS-C18色谱柱(5u,4.6nm×25cm);以甲醇-水(88:12)为流动相;检测波长:270nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1mL/min。结果:丹参酮Ⅱ A在0.0528~0.352范围内,线性关系良好。回归方程为Y=3284.8X+8556,平均加样回收率为97.1%,RSD=1.53%(n=5)。结论:所建立的丹参酮Ⅱ A HPLC含量测定方法操作简便、快速,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠,专属性强,重现性好,可用于欢天颗粒制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A in Huanti particles. Method: Column ODS-C18 (5u, 4.6nm × 25cm); methanol-water (88:12) as mobile phase; detection wavelength: 270nm; column temperature: 30 ℃; flow rate: 1mL / min. Results: Tanshinone Ⅱ A was in the range of 0.0528 ~ 0.352 with a good linear relationship. The regression equation was Y = 3284.8X + 8556, with an average recovery of 97.1% and RSD = 1.53% (n = 5). Conclusion: The HPLC method for the determination of tanshinone Ⅱ A is simple, rapid and sensitive. The method is accurate, reliable, specific and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Huan Tian Granules.
