一、科技春会,盛况空前。中国汽车工业总公司于1991年3月下旬在北京召开了全国汽车工业科技工作会议。参会的有国务院有关综合部门及有关部委;各省市(自治区)及计划单列市汽车工业主管部门;汽车行业有关企业、科研单位、高校以及新闻单位共173个单位234名代表。会议主要是总结“七五”汽车工业科技工作执行
First, science and technology spring, unprecedented grand occasion. China National Automotive Industry Corporation in late March 1991 in Beijing held a national automotive industry science and technology work conference.
