前言 我们的研究说明,两种小睡(即长睡和短睡)可作为对抗空中交通管制员(ATCS)午夜换班工作时瞌睡的措施。以前的资料说明两种小睡与未睡相比可保持早班04:00~07:00的警觉程度和工作能力。本研究的目的是黎明时睡眠状况和观察早班工作能力降低方式与小睡条件、任务时间的关系。方法 60名ATCS随机分为3组:即2h的长睡组(LN),45min的短睡(SN)和未睡眠组(NN)。ATCS在完成三个早班工作(07:00~15:00)后迅速转到夜班(23:00~07:00),共完成4个工作日。受试者在夜班中(一次在小睡前,2次在小睡后)完成1.5h测试,包括两个计算机任务:①空中交通管理方案测试(ATST),由ATCS选择;②警觉度测试。睡眠后测试结果用重复方差测定分析和
Preface Our study shows that both types of nap (ie, nap and nap) can act as a countermeasure to the air traffic controller (ATCS) drowsiness during midnight shifts. The previous information shows that the two types of napping can maintain the alertness and working ability of early morning classes from 04:00 to 07:00 compared with no sleep. The purpose of this study is the relationship between sleep patterns at dawn and observed patterns of early morning work ability reduction and napping conditions, mission time. Methods Sixty ATCS patients were randomly divided into three groups: LN (sleep for 2h), SN (sleep for 45min) and no sleep (NN). ATCS completed three morning shift work (07:00 ~ 15:00) and then quickly transferred to the night shift (23:00 ~ 07:00) for a total of 4 working days.
