近年来,上海市为了落实科教兴国战略,积极构建人才高地,进一步加大了引进非上海生源高校毕业生进沪就业的力度,并不断简化手续。最近,上海市高校毕业生就业办公室又发布了《关于引进非上海生源毕业研究生和优秀高校毕业生的实施细则》,为非上海生源毕业研究生和优秀高校毕业生进沪就业开通了“绿色通道”。一般来说,非上海生源高校毕业生(包括研究生)打算毕业后在上海就业,首先应在上海落实接收单位,由用人单位向上海市高校毕业生就业办公室提出录用非上海生源高校毕业生进沪就业的申请。
