过去,考核乡镇企业的经济效益,大部分搬用国营企业的有关指标,实践证明,其中有不少指标不适应乡镇企业的特殊情况。我认为考核乡镇企业的经济效益,采用销售收入、纯收入和百元产值创利三个指标即可。企业的产品只有实现了销售,才算有效益的可能。1987年我县乡镇企业总产值为2亿元,其中已实现销售的仅占73%。从企业来讲,销售与产值之间的差距越小越好,考核销售收入指标,可以促进企业重视分析市场情况,提高产品质量,调整生产方向,处理积压滞销产品,从而
In the past, the assessment of the economic benefits of township and village enterprises, most of the relevant indicators of the use of state-owned enterprises, practice has proved that many of these indicators do not meet the special circumstances of township and village enterprises. I think that the assessment of the economic benefits of township and village enterprises can be achieved through the use of sales revenue, net income, and profitability to generate profits. Only when the company’s products have achieved sales can they be considered profitable. In 1987, the total output value of township enterprises in our county was 200 million yuan, of which only 73% had achieved sales. From the perspective of enterprises, the smaller the gap between sales and production value is, the better. Assessing the sales revenue index can promote enterprises to pay attention to analyzing market conditions, improve product quality, adjust production direction, and deal with the backlog of unsalable products.
