在社会主义新农村建设中,如何加强对广大农村无职党员的教育管理,充分发挥其先进性,是农村基层党组织建设面临的一个重要课题。2006年3月,银川市委组织部在总结经验的基础上,结合保持共产党员先进性教育活动的开展,在全市范围内推广农村无职党员设岗定责活动。目前,活动已覆盖全市27个乡镇、90%以上的村党组织,有5441名无职党员参与,他们在党组织的带领下,立足岗位,履行职责,为新时期农村党员发挥先进性探索出了一条新的路径。
In the process of building a new socialist countryside, how to strengthen education and management of the majority of non-government party members in rural areas and give full play to their advanced nature is an important issue for the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations.
