目的:观察胆管癌细胞内氧自由基对细胞凋亡的影响,探索胆管癌细胞内微量元素与肿瘤生长的关系。方法:通过细胞培养,采用紫外可见分光光度仪等先进设备检测体外培养胆管癌细胞QB中氧自由基中间产物丙二醛MDA含量,应用流式细胞术,检测不同浓度的氧自由基对QB细胞凋亡的影响。结果:胆管癌细胞存在凋亡现象,高浓度的氧自由基可明显抑制胆管癌细胞内细胞凋亡的发生。结论:胆管癌细胞内氧自由基的水平可影响胆管癌细胞凋亡。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of oxygen free radicals on apoptosis in cholangiocarcinoma cells and explore the relationship between trace elements in cholangiocarcinoma cells and tumor growth. METHODS: Cell culture was used to detect the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the oxygen free radical intermediate QB of cultured cholangiocarcinoma cell QB using advanced equipment such as UV-Vis spectrophotometer. Flow cytometry was used to detect different concentrations of oxygen free radicals on QB cells. The effect of apoptosis. RESULTS: Apoptosis was observed in cholangiocarcinoma cells. High concentration of oxygen free radicals significantly inhibited apoptosis in cholangiocarcinoma cells. Conclusion: The level of oxygen free radicals in cholangiocarcinoma cells can affect the apoptosis of cholangiocarcinoma cells.
