改革促发展,发展赖改革。近几年来,我局围绕企业的难点和热点问题,在内部管理上大胆改革,促进了企业的发展。短短几年间,先后开通了长途直拨、公众传真、无线寻呼等新业务,800兆移动电话即将投入使用,12000门数字程控本地网将于年底开通投产,届时,全市实现传输数字化、交换程控化和城乡等位拨号。通信上规模、上档次,为企业参与市场竞争打下了物质基础。我们的改革措施是:
