企业人才是企业所有财富中最宝贵、最有决定意义的财富。现代企业管理,就是掌握现代管理知识和现代科学技术知识。因此,开发人才、造就人才、使用人才对于实现企业管理现代化具有十分重要的意义。邓小平同志曾经指出:“现在我们国家面临的一个严重问题,不是四个现代化的路线、方针对不对,而是缺少一大批实现这个路线、方针的人才。道理很简单,任何事情都是人干的,没有大批的人才,我们的事业就不能成功”。如何准确地发现人才,却是值得我们认真研究和思考的。
