本文对多级雾化-快速凝固Cu-Cr-Zr-Mg合金粉末,采用热挤压成形方式使其固结成形。研究了热挤压和时效处理对组织和性能的影响规律.结果表明:多级雾化法可以获得球状的微晶粉末,其晶粒尺寸为1-2μm.在450℃,按10:1的挤压比成形后.合金的显微硬度可达160Hv,导电率为78%IACS.在其挤压后的组织中存在着与母相保持共格关系的铬相和CuZr.经550℃时效2h后.显微硬度为150Hv,导电率为85%IACS.对在550℃时效10min的试样进行80%的形变,可使其显微硬度达Hv 190,导电率为80%IACS.
In this paper, the multi-level atomization - rapid solidification of Cu-Cr-Zr-Mg alloy powder, using hot extrusion forming consolidation. The effects of hot extrusion and aging treatment on microstructure and properties were studied. The results show that the multi-stage atomization method can obtain spherical microcrystalline powder with the grain size of 1-2μm. After shaping at 450 ° C at a 10: 1 extrusion ratio.
