芭蕾舞地面基础练习有许多种组合,身体侧卧的方式被专业教师广泛采用,本期向大家介绍一个既简单又实用的组合,主要用于训练孩子对肢体的控制能力。预备动作(如图1):向右侧卧,双脚并齐向长延伸,头侧枕于左臂上,右手撑地置于胸前。第一步(如图2):动力腿沿着主力腿内侧向上吸,完成此动作的音乐节奏为1—2。第二步(如图3):动力腿继续向上吸,达到主力腿膝关节,保持动力腿膝盖的外开,完成此动作的音乐节奏为3—4。第三步(如图4):在5—8的四拍音乐中,动力腿膝盖保持不动,小腿顺着膝盖的方向无限延
