思想政治工作对煤炭企业具有重要的作用,主要表现在安全生产、经济效益和队伍建设方面。目前,煤炭企业思想政治工作存在思想认识上不到位、工作内容形式化、工作方法有偏颇和缺乏针对性等问题。为了更好地推动煤炭企业思想政治工作的开展,促进煤炭企业的整体发展,本文针对存在的问题提出了解决存在问题的路径:提高思想政治工作的整体认识;准确把握思想政治工作的内容;创新思想政治工作的方法;加强思想政治工作的针对性。
Ideological and political work plays an important role in the coal industry, mainly in terms of safety production, economic efficiency and team building. At present, the ideological and political work in coal enterprises does not have the ideological understanding in place, the formalization of the work content, the work methods are biased and lack of pertinence and other issues.
