从目前情况看,保安队伍的来源,多是从社会上招聘而来。保安人员的经历或学校毕业,或社会青年,或复员军人,他们大多数还没有树立正确的人生观,生活目的不明确。但是,他们有很大的可塑性。切实把握保安员的思想进行教育,提高政治素质,是保安服务业发展之根基,是兴衰存亡之本,是创造社会效益和经济效益关键所在。那么,如何把握保安员的思想呢?
Judging from the current situation, the source of security forces is mostly recruited from the community. Most of the security guards have not set a correct outlook on life and their purpose in life is not clear, either through the experience of security guards or school graduates, or social youth or demobilized soldiers. However, they have great plasticity.
