目的 观察辐射天线长度的改变对比吸收率 (speci-fic absorption rate,SAR)的影响 .方法 根据临床上侵入式微波热疗的应用特点 ,从 Maxwell方程出发 ,对微波热疗天线的电磁能量分布进行数值分析 .结果 获得侵入式微波热疗辐射天线的 SAR三维分布、等值线分布 .结论 辐射器天线的长度改变对侵入式微波热疗的疗效有着决定性的影响 .
Objective To observe the effect of the change of length of radiation antenna on the speci-fic absorption rate (SAR) .Methods According to the application characteristics of invasive microwave hyperthermia in clinic, the electromagnetic energy distribution of microwave hyperthermia antenna was studied based on Maxwell’s equation Numerical analysis.Results The three-dimensional SAR distribution and contour distribution of invasive microwave hyperthermia radiation antenna were obtained.Conclusion The length change of radiator antenna has a decisive influence on the curative effect of invasive microwave hyperthermia.
