本文给出一种具有积分环节的多变量极点配置自校正控制算法。该算法能在过程参数缓变时直接在线估计控制器参数校正闭环极点于期望值上,且对阶跃输入信号系统静态无偏,此算法已用于某公司三输入三输出多变量轧辊罩式退火炉微机群控系统中。实控结果表明,炉温控制精度和炉内温度场均匀度皆优于仪表PID系统,文中还给出了算法的仿真结果、微机群控系统设计和研制中的有关问题。该系统已通过鉴定,实控运行情况良好。
In this paper, a multivariable pole configuration self-tuning control algorithm with integral part is given. The algorithm can directly estimate the closed-loop pole of the controller parameters on the expected value while the process parameters are slowly changing, and it is static and unbiased to the step input signal system. This algorithm has been used in a company’s three-input and three-output multivariable roll cover retraction Stove microcomputer control system. The actual control results show that the control accuracy of furnace temperature and the uniformity of temperature field in the furnace are better than the instrument PID system. The simulation results of the algorithm and the problems in the design and development of the microcomputer control system are also given in this paper. The system has passed the appraisal, the actual control operation is in good condition.
