多效唑(Multiple-effect-triazole,MET)能够抑制内源赤霉素和生长素的生物合成,从而抑制植物生长和增加禾谷类作物分蘖;提高叶绿素含量,增强光合作用强度;改变细胞膜蛋白质组成及其渗透性,以提高作物抗旱能力;增大植物体内营养元素浓度,以改善植物营养状况。但是,在我国有关MET的应用研究资料较少,特别是内陆干旱地带小麦生产上应用效果和使用技术的研究资料更少。所以,我们进行了此项试验研究,以便为今后小麦生产提供一项技术措施。一、材料和方法
Multiple-effect-triazole (MET) can inhibit the endogenous gibberellin and auxin biosynthesis, thereby inhibiting plant growth and increase tillering of cereals; increase chlorophyll content, enhance photosynthesis intensity; change the membrane protein composition and its Permeability, in order to improve crop drought resistance; increase the concentration of nutrients in plants to improve plant nutrition. However, there is less research data on the application of MET in China, especially on the application and use of wheat in inland arid regions.
