目的掌握辽宁省疟疾传播媒介雷氏按蚊的构成和分布,为制定媒介按蚊控制策略提供科学依据。方法利用形态学和分子生物学方法对2010年在辽宁省沈阳、大连、丹东、锦州和铁岭市等不同地理环境采集到的按蚊进行种类鉴定。结果分子生物学鉴定结果显示,沈阳、大连、丹东、锦州和铁岭市雷氏按蚊物种构成比分别为26%、66%、73%、33%和83%,铁岭最高,沈阳最低;形态学鉴定显示,沈阳、大连、丹东、锦州和铁岭市雷氏按蚊物种构成比分别为30%、74%、80%、33%和72%;5个市PCR鉴定和形态学鉴定雷氏按蚊构成结果的比对,经统计学检验差异无统计学意义。结论雷氏按蚊在沈阳、大连、丹东、锦州和铁岭市均有分布,并且在大连、丹东和铁岭市为优势种;初步证实中国雷氏按蚊分布的北部边界已向北推移至北纬43°26’的铁岭市。
Objective To understand the composition and distribution of an anopheles sinensis in Liaoning Province and provide a scientific basis for the development of anopheles control strategy. Methods Morphological and molecular biological methods were used to identify the species of Anopheles mosquitoes collected in different geographical environments such as Shenyang, Dalian, Dandong, Jinzhou and Tieling in Liaoning Province in 2010. Results The results of molecular biology showed that the species composition ratios of An. Reesei in Shenyang, Dalian, Dandong, Jinzhou and Tieling were 26%, 66%, 73%, 33% and 83% respectively, Tieling was the highest and Shenyang was the lowest. Morphology The identification showed that the species composition ratios of An. Reesei in Shenyang, Dalian, Dandong, Jinzhou and Tieling were 30%, 74%, 80%, 33% and 72% respectively. The results of the comparison, the statistical test showed no significant difference. Conclusion An. Mosquitoes are distributed in Shenyang, Dalian, Dandong, Jinzhou and Tieling, and dominated in Dalian, Dandong and Tieling. It is preliminarily confirmed that the northern boundary of the distribution of An. Reesei has moved northward to 43 ° 26 ’Tieling City.
