随着办园规模的扩大和课改要求的深化,幼儿园在师资队伍建设等方面面临着各种问题与挑战。如,如何应对职初教师比例逐步增加的师资队伍现状?如何促进不同发展阶段教师的专业可持续发展?如何引领教师更好地理解与落实课程理念和办园理念,强化课程意识与行为反思,提高与课程方案相匹配的课程领导力?为此,我园抓住“上海市提升中小学(幼儿园)课程领导力行动研究”的契机,开展了“优化教研模式,促进幼儿园教师专业发展的实践研究”。
