我们在安装BT-25-4型汽轮机中栓查汽缸螺丝时,发现高压段汽缸大螺丝帽与汽缸平面有0.10毫米的间隙,最大的达0.25毫米。这种单侧着力现象的存在,不但会影响汽缸接合面的严密性,而且在旋紧螺丝时也将会使丝扣单侧受力而损伤。在今后检修汽机拆卸螺帽时,也会造成一定困难。在征得专家的刚意后,我们对高压段汽缸大螺帽接触平面进行了研磨。为了保证在加工时能接近汽缸组装时的要求,我们将上下两缸盖合后,以汽缸螺帽平面为基准来修整汽缸上螺帽的接触平面。这样若用锉刀以手工加工,不但工作不便,拆卸螺帽费力(每个高压段汽缸螺帽约重45公斤),而且速度也慢,势必影响汽机的安装工
