T波电交替是一种较少见的原发性T波异常。交替的冠状T波及T波2:1电压交替尤为罕见。兹报告我院所遇到的各一例: 病例报告例1 耿××,男,77岁,有胸闷,气短史多年。1977年2月22日因渐进性浮肿1月,憋气不能平卧二天入院。查体:体温36.6℃,血压150/100毫米汞柱。呼吸急促,冷汗,两肺底小水泡音及捻发音。心律整,心率120次/分,各瓣膜无杂音,A_2>P_2心界向左下扩大。肝于肋下3厘米可触及,下肢有指凹性浮肿(++)。入院诊断:动脉硬化性心脏病。充血性心力衰竭。心电图检查:窦性心律,心率110次/分,P-R T wave alternation is a rare primary T-wave anomaly.
