采用斜Y型坡口焊接裂纹试验方法研究再热温度对国产T23钢再热裂纹敏感性的影响,探讨国产T23钢再热裂纹形成机理。结果表明,国产T23钢有再热裂纹倾向,再热裂纹敏感温度区间为550~690℃,在620℃时再热裂纹敏感性最大,再热760℃则无再热裂纹产生。分析认为,晶界的弱化和晶内的强化是T23钢再热裂纹形成的内因,外因则是高拘束导致的焊接残余应力。
The effect of reheat temperature on the reheat crack susceptibility of domestic T23 steel was studied by oblique Y-groove weld crack test method, and the formation mechanism of reheat crack of domestic T23 steel was discussed. The results show that domestic T23 steel has the tendency of reheat cracking, the reheat cracking temperature is 550 ~ 690 ℃, the reheating crack is the most sensitive at 620 ℃, and reheat 760 ℃. The analysis shows that the grain boundary weakening and intragranular strengthening are the internal causes for the reheating crack of T23 steel, and the external cause is the welding residual stress caused by high restraint.
