为了探讨兴安落叶松造林苗冬季枯梢严重的解决办法,我们在出圃前的生长期内进行了化学处理,抑制高生长、提早木质化进程,并促进根系发达,达到降低茎根比和枯梢率的目的.本研究对药剂处理的时间和次数进行了统计学的多重比较分析,结果表明各处理与对照组在茎鲜重、须根数、根系鲜重、茎根比上皆存在显著差异.并发现在7月初处理1次效果最佳,其当年高生长量为25.03cm,须根数53.40条,茎根比1.12,枯梢率7.2%;而对照组当年高生长量为35.80cm须根数37.55条,茎根比1.70,枯梢率62.0%.根据药剂对高生长速率变化曲线的影响看出,处理后10天左右就发生药效,药效持续期15天左右.
In order to discuss the severe solution of Larix gmelinii plantation seedlings in winter, we conducted chemical treatment in the growth period before emergence to inhibit the high growth, advance the lignification process and promote the development of root system, The purpose of this study on the time and the number of drug treatment were analyzed by multiple comparisons, the results showed that the treatment of the fresh weight of the root group, the number of fibrous roots, root fresh weight, root and shoot ratio are significant differences. The results showed that the best growth rate was 25.03 cm, the number of fibrous roots was 53.40, the ratio of root to shoot was 1.12, and the rate of blight was 7.2%. In the control group, the high growth was 35.80 cm, the number of fibrous roots was 37.55 , The root-shoot ratio was 1.70, the rate of shoots was 62.0% .According to the influence of the agent on the curve of high growth rate, the effect appeared about 10 days after treatment, and the duration of the effect was about 15 days.
