管理咨询与软件开发并进/池宏北京盘拓咨询有限公司是中国科学院科技政策与管理科学研究所和美国斯坦福研究院、香港其石有限公司三方合资于1998年12月成立的专业咨询公司。北京盘拓咨询有限公司结合自身科研院所的专业背景,形成了所内专家、中科院各所专家以及中科院外其他专家相结合的专家顾问群。在成立的一年多来,盘拓公司不断地探索科研机构在市场经济环境中的生存发展之路,并取得可贵的成绩。
