探讨了磷酸和单宁酸复配方法处理带锈结构钢以提高结构钢与涂层的附着力的处理工艺与各类有机涂层的配套性。结果表明,处理后带锈结构钢与实验选用的环氧类、丙烯酸类以及氟碳类有机涂层的附着力都得到大幅度提高,满足涂层实际施工对附着力的要求;附着力提高原因为处理后多孔的锈层转化为内层致密并且表面带有微裂纹的磷酸/单宁酸复合转化膜。
The treatment process of phosphoric acid and tannic acid compounding method to treat the structural steel with rust to improve the adhesion of the structural steel to the coating and the matching of various organic coatings were discussed. The results show that the adhesion between the treated structure steel and the selected epoxy, acrylic and fluorocarbon organic coatings has been greatly improved, which meets the actual requirements of the coating adhesion; the reason for the increase of adhesion After treatment, the porous rust layer was transformed into a phosphoric acid / tannic acid composite conversion coating with dense inner surface and microcracks on the surface.
