男女平等这一理念在我国已经是一种根深蒂固的理念,但是,从企业角度来讲,是否真正的实现了男女平等,从个人角度来讲是否认可男女平等还是一个值得讨论的问题。从目前来看,女工在企业中的作用发挥受到了诸多主观因素和客观因素的限制,使其无法最大限度的发挥优势,本文针对女工发挥作用的影响因素进行分析,并对对策进行简要的探讨。
The concept of equality between men and women is already a deep-rooted concept in our country. However, whether or not the equality between men and women is really realized from an enterprise perspective is an issue worth discussing whether to recognize the equality between men and women from an individual point of view. At present, the role played by women workers in enterprises has been restricted by many subjective and objective factors, so that they can not give full play to their advantages. This article analyzes the factors that affect the role of women workers and briefly discusses the countermeasures .
