文安县委按照要求,把38个相对后进的农村党支部作为整顿转化的重点。确定了以发展后进村经济为主攻方向,以农村稳定、农民增收为重点,因地制宜,发挥优势,全面启动后进村经济发展,扎实、有效地推进后进村党支部整顿转化工作的指导思想。经过半年的努力,共为这些后进村注人经济发展资金308万元,新上项目56个,新建工业小区12个,发展个体工商户109家,使后进村的经济都有了长足的发展,为巩固提高整顿转化成果提供了有力的保证。
