采用叶绿素荧光技术测定了不同品种油茶的叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明:在供试的3个品种中,博白大果油茶的PS II最大光化学效率、通过PS II的电子传递速率ETR、最小饱和光强最大,而义安1号相对最小。由此可推测,在这3个品种中博白大果油茶生长较快,具有较高潜在生物产量的生理基础。不同品种油茶光响应曲线以及对光强度响应的初始斜率进一步证实了以上论点。
The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of different varieties of Camellia oleifera were determined by chlorophyll fluorescence technique. The results showed that the maximum photochemical efficiency (PS II) of PS II of Camellia oleifera was the lowest among all the three cultivars tested, and the minimum saturation intensity was the highest through the electron transfer rate ETR of PS II. It can be speculated that in these three varieties of Camellia oleifera grow faster, with a higher biological potential of the biological basis. The light response curve of different varieties of Camellia and the initial slope of light intensity response further confirmed the above argument.
