微量合金元素铌对控制轧制WX60石油天然气输送管线用钢有着较有效的强化作用。通过透射电镜复型技术,定量金相,X-光莹光分析详细研究了WX60钢中铌的碳、氮化物的析出和溶解行为。结果表明,Nb(C、N)析出相的粒度分布在1~600A范围内约占72.5%(wt%),在50~100A范围内占11.4%。对各类强化机制进行了估算,其中析出强化(包括位错,亚晶粒强化)约占147MPa,说明析出强化等增量约占总强度值的27.4%。
The microalloying of niobium has a more effective strengthening effect on the controlled rolling of WX60 oil and gas pipeline. The precipitation and dissolution behavior of niobium carbon and nitride in WX60 steel were studied in detail by transmission electron microscopy, quantitative metallography and X-ray fluorescence analysis. The results show that the particle size distribution of Nb (C, N) precipitates is about 72.5% (wt%) in the range of 1 ~ 600 A and 11.4% in the range of 50 ~ 100 A. Various strengthening mechanisms were estimated, of which precipitation strengthening (including dislocation, subgrain strengthening) accounted for about 147MPa, indicating that precipitation hardening and other incremental accounts for about 27.4% of the total strength value.
