我所主要从事有色金属的研究,其中一部份是铜管的试制和小批量生产,主要是φ22×1.25mm以下的深度加工薄壁小管,最小可达φ1.5×0.2mm。在我所现有的轧头机只能轧制φ18以下的管材头,而且原压力机的轧头模具,使用时很不方便,如使用不当就会出事故。为此,笔者经过实际操作和详细观察分析,对模具进行了重新设计。为了达到使管材在φ10~φ22mm范围内进行轧头,其设计操作程序如图1。管材进入A区间,一次压成扁形,再进入B区间压成三个谷峰,将管材转动90度后进入C区间,经过1~2次冲压即成形,这样就可进入拉伸阶段。
