目的建立血液中铅的石墨炉原子吸收测定方法。探讨影响检测结果的主要因素。方法血液样品用1%Triton X-100溶液和1%硝酸溶液稀释。加入基体改进剂1%NH4H2PO4溶液,石墨炉原子吸收测定铅含量。结果铅的浓度在0~80μg/L范围内,回归方程Y=0.005219+0.003441X,r=0.9996,最低检出浓度为1.0μg/L,加标回收率为92%~110%,相对标准偏差小于3%。实验室间比对结果满意。结论方法准确、灵敏,适合血液中铅的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of lead in blood by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. To explore the main factors that affect the test results.
