Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty The Third Global Symposium on Infrasound Monitoring was held in Santa Fe, the ancient Spanish city of New Mexico, from August 25 to 28, 1997. The conference gathered 61 keynote speakers from 61 countries including 12 countries including China, the United States, France, Russia, Argentina and Australia on infrasound subjects, government officials and the UN’s provisional technical secretary.
