范式是从事一类科学研究者群体普遍接受的经验、基本理论、观念和方法。然而并不是所有的理论都适合每一项科学研究,现阶段西藏的基本教育还没有提高上来,传统的教育模式不能满足藏民族的专业教育教学,要想提高藏民族地区的职业教育教学水平,就要将教学方式理念转变,找到一个适合藏民族教育加快发展的新路。本文从现实状况、理论依据、实际应用三个方面,对新形势下职业教育语文教学范式转变进行了简单的分析。
The paradigm is a commonly accepted experience, basic theory, concept and method of working in a group of scientific researchers. However, not all the theories are suitable for every scientific research. At this stage, the basic education in Tibet has not been improved. The traditional education model can not meet the needs of the Tibetan minority’s professional education and teaching. To improve the vocational education and teaching in Tibetan areas, We must change the concept of teaching methods and find a new way for accelerating the development of Tibetan education. This article makes a simple analysis of the paradigm shift of Chinese teaching in vocational education under the new situation from three aspects: reality, theoretical basis and practical application.
