根据现有普通U型钢可缩性支架的特点,设计了封闭型U型钢可缩性支架。通过应力分析,对不同深度条件下U型钢局部变形量进行比较,得出大采深矿井U型钢支护时,应力主要集中在柱腿部分。通过普通U型钢可缩性支架和封闭型U型钢可缩性支架在不同深度地应力条件的数值模拟分析,得出封闭型U型钢可缩性支架的支撑效果明显优于普通U型钢可缩性支架,其性能明显优于普通U型钢可缩性支架。
According to the characteristics of the existing general U-shaped steel retractable bracket, a closed U-shaped steel retractable bracket is designed. Through the stress analysis, the local deformation of U-shaped steel under different depth conditions is compared. It is concluded that the stress mainly concentrates on the column-leg part when the U-shaped steel supports in large mining depth. Through the numerical simulation analysis of the stress conditions of the ordinary U-shaped steel shrinkable bracket and the closed U-shaped steel retractable bracket at different depths, it is concluded that the support effect of the closed U-shaped steel retractable bracket is obviously superior to that of the ordinary U-shaped steel Stent, its performance is obviously better than ordinary U-shaped steel scaffolding.
