气腿式凿岩机的壳体三大件(气缸、机头及柄体)通常均利用锻钢毛坯制造,能不能用精铸件代替以提高钢材利用率及劳动生产率,同时解决中小型制造厂缺乏三吨模锻锤的困难?天津市风动工具厂在YT26型气腿式凿岩机上进行了试验研究。利用改进材质及热处理工艺等方法,于1974年对两台样机(6号、7号)进行了凿孔万米寿命试验,总计6号样机凿孔10125延米,7号样机凿孔10180延米,精铸气缸的磨损量不超过0.04毫米,还能继续使用。精铸气缸凿孔万米试验成功为凿岩机零件以铸代锻创造了良好的开端。 YT26型凿岩机精铸气缸采用的材质为ZG20CrMnMo(一般锻件采用20Cr),其热处理工艺如图1及图2。
