2009年6月29日,《湖北新闻联播》就宜都市财政局加强财政科学化精细化管理、通过绘制《惠民资金管理流程图》向社会公开惠民资金办理流程的做法予以宣传报道。市民反映,这张流程图蛮管用,国家的惠民政策一看就能明白,只要按图操作,就能顺利办妥,不必像以前那样东奔西走,《惠民资金管理流程图》受到了市民百姓的普遍欢迎。最近,本刊记者就宜都市财政局推行财政科学化精细化管理的做法采访了宜都市财政局局长裴学中。
