本文研究了取出Norplant~((R))的标准技术与叫做“U”技术的新方法比较。该技术使用了一个改进了的钳子不分离胶囊管,而顺其方向钳夹胶囊并将其取出。76名妇女参加了该项研究。在印度尼西亚和美国广泛使用Norplant埋植避孕法。因为埋植5年以后必须取出。在印度尼西亚每年大约有300000以上的人需要取出。应有一个好方法,努力提高服务质量,缩短取出时间。
This article studies the standard technique for removing Norplant ~ (R) compared to a new method called “U” technique. This technique uses an improved forceps to grip the capsule in the same direction and remove it without separating the capsule tube. 76 women participated in the study. Norplant is widely used in Indonesia and the United States. Because 5 years after planting must be removed. In Indonesia, about 300,000 or more people need to be removed each year. There should be a good way to work hard to improve the quality of service and to shorten the removal time.
