自制的新试剂TCCPA可在强酸性介质中与Bi~(3+)显色,形成紫蓝色络合物,最大吸收波长640 nm,试剂对水测定,λ_(max)=550 nm。对比度90 nm。在盐酸、硫酸、硝酸、高氯酸等介质中均能形成络合物,但以在高氯酸体系中为佳。酸度范围较宽,pH 2.14~1.2N。如在此HClO_4体系中,加入乙醇,则Bi~(3+)与了CCPA形成的络合物灵敏度提高,ε=1.11×10~5。络合比Bi~(3+):TCCPA为1:2,络合物稳定。应用比方法测定的人发试柞中微量Bi,并用石墨炉原子吸收法对照,所测结果基本一致。
The new TCCPA reagent can develop color with Bi ~ (3+) in strong acid medium to form a purple blue complex with the maximum absorption wavelength of 640 nm and the reagent water determination, λ max = 550 nm. Contrast 90 nm. In hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, perchloric acid and other media can form complexes, but in perchloric acid system is better. A wide range of acidity, pH 2.14 ~ 1.2N. When ethanol was added into HClO_4 system, the sensitivity of complex formed by Bi ~ (3+) and CCPA increased, ε = 1.11 × 10 ~ 5. Complex ratio Bi ~ (3 +): TCCPA is 1: 2, the complex is stable. Applying the method to determine the amount of micro-Bi in human hair test oak, and using graphite furnace atomic absorption method control, the measured results are basically the same.
