自《献血法》实施以来,本市无偿献血工作得到迅速发展,2002年底即率先实现了临床用血100%来自公民自愿无偿献血。连续几年被授予“全国无偿献血先进市、省级模范职工之家、省级巾帼文明岗、省级青年文明号、市级文明单位、市级卫生先进单位”等荣誉称号。自2010年起,全国各地血库出现不同程度的血液库存告急现象。我市2011年起一度出现用血紧张状况,启动互助献血流程,快速及时的提供临床用血,暂时缓解了临床用血,但也带来了一些问题[1]。
Since the implementation of the “Blood Donation Law,” the city’s blood donation has been rapidly developed. By the end of 2002, it has taken the lead in realizing that 100% of clinical blood use comes from citizens’ voluntary blood donation. For several years in a row was awarded the honorary title of “national advanced city of free blood donation, provincial model workers home, provincial women’s civilized posts, provincial youth civilization, municipal civilized units, municipal health advanced unit ” and so on. Since 2010, there have been various degrees of blood bank emergency in blood banks across the country. Since 2011, the city once appeared with blood tension, blood donation to start the mutual aid process, rapid and timely provision of clinical blood, temporarily relieved the clinical use of blood, but it also brought some problems [1].
