我国现有8300多万残疾人,涉及2.6亿家庭人口。为残疾人提供适合的教育,满足残疾人及其家庭成员的基本权利诉求,对促进我国人权事业全面发展、构建和谐社会具有重大意义。
There are more than 83 million disabled people in our country, involving 260 million family members. Providing suitable education for disabled people and meeting the basic rights and appeals of disabled persons and their family members is of great significance to promoting the all-round development of our cause of human rights and building a harmonious society.
