随着改革开放的深入开展,中国的市场经济体制势必要逐步趋向规范化。为适应这一形势发展的需要,中国行政体制的结构性改革势在必行。将企业化管理模式移植到政府行政体制改革中来,运用企业经营的五大原则,并借鉴美国政府行政改革的案例,对我国行政体制的结构性改革进行尝试性的探讨,具有现实意义。
With the deepening of the reform and opening up, China’s market economy system must gradually become more and more standardized. In order to meet the needs of the development of this situation, the structural reform of China’s administrative system is imperative. Transplanting the enterprise management mode into the reform of the administrative system of the government, using the five major principles of the enterprise management and drawing lessons from the case of the administrative reform of the U.S. government, it is of great practical significance to tentatively discuss the structural reform of the administrative system in our country.
