冶金工业部长沙黑色冶金矿山设计研究院选矿工程师杨福宜同志,以高度的革命责任感和事业心,通过调查研究,参照国内、外选矿技术资料和生产实践,对我省吉山铁矿如何尽快实现扭亏增盈,提出了技术改造方案,《经济参考》曾于1983年12月21日刊登了杨工程师“愿承包吉山铁矿选矿厂”的信,并对其革命精神于以高度评价。长沙黑色冶金矿山设计研究院对此也明确表示,积极支持这项工作并作了有关具体事宜的安排。省冶金厅、南京市冶金公司和吉山铁矿对这项改造方案,极为重视,对杨工程师到矿等准备工作,作了认真研究。吉山铁矿也曾于去年12月28日致信《经济参考》编辑部和长沙黑色冶金矿山设计研究院,邀请杨工程师来矿现场指导,全矿职工闻讯为之振奋!同时,成立了以吴万祥矿长为
